Logistical information for the day of the Children’s Clean Water Festival!

Arrival/Check-in: Arrive with enough time to set up and be ready to perform on time. You will have five minutes to set up and five minutes to break down, and exactly 25 minutes to perform. The students are on a very tight schedule!

Check-in: Please let the Coordinator know you’ve arrived, so she can help you with any last minute details. If you need more time for setting up/breaking down please contact the Stage Show Coordinator ahead of time, and ask to be scheduled either first or last in the day.

Parking: You can park for free in the parking lot near the exhibit hall. A few carts and dollies will be available.

Equipment: There are approximately 200 seats in the theatre. The stage will be set with basic stage lighting, and there are two microphones available for your use. If you have any special equipment requests, please tell the Stage Show Coordinator ahead of time and she can try to help you out.

Assistance: There will be someone available to help you out before you go on!

Check-out: After your performance is finished, please see the Coordinator to receive your payment.

DIRECTIONS TO PCC SYLVANIA CAMPUS

Heading South on Interstate 5:

Take Exit 295 (Capitol Highway)
At end of exit, turn right onto Taylor's Ferry Rd.
Turn right onto Capitol Highway at four-way stop sign.
Take Capitol Highway (which becomes SW 49th) past five traffic lights to the Sylvania Campus on the right.
Note: there's a charge for parking at PCC campuses.

Heading North on Interstate 5:

Take Exit 294 (Barbur Blvd.)
At end of exit, turn right onto SW 60th.
Follow 60th around the bend to a stop sign.
Turn right onto Lesser Rd.
Campus entrance is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.
Note: there's a charge for parking at PCC campuses.
