History of the Children’s Clean Water Festival

Each year approximately 80 agencies, non-profits, private sector businesses, and watershed councils participate to make this event a success. Since the first Festival in 1994, 29,630 students from 1,079 classrooms in the Portland Metro area have learned to appreciate and value our water resources.
